PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE TO SELL
Fashioniel.com only deals in original products. Any fake, replica, first copy or any counterfeit products are not eligible to be sold on marketplace. Products and Vendors can be restricted to sell further on marketplace if found performing any such suspicious activities.
Once the order is placed you will get notified through an email. Before packing the order for dispatch make sure you perform following checks:
• Product is same as ordered (color, size, material etc.)
• Product is in its perfect condition (any defects will cause returns/refunds & lack of customer satisfaction.)
• Make sure that all items in order are available with the packaging (missing items will result in reshipping or exchanges.)
• Products should be packed properly especially fragile items so it does not break or leak during transportation.
• Label your package properly it reduces the chance for errors/misplacements.
• All products will go through quality check procedure.
Fashioniel.com is known for speedy order processing and shipping, we ship most of our orders within 72 business hours. As a condition of selling on Fashioniel.com, our sellers are also expected to ship products within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Late confirmation will automatically void orders if not responded within that timeframe.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ORDERS
We are happy to announce that Fashioniel.com had made its footsteps to international destinations also. Currently we are offering international shipping for Apparel, Footwear and Accessories. All products lying in these categories are eligible for international shipping. Orders are shipped through our reliable logistics partners TCS and DHL.
WARRANTY AND RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION)
Fashioniel.com standard return policy offers our customers a 7-day refund or replacement period on eligible orders. RMAs are also generally processed within 72 hours of receipt of the product, provided the RMA request conforms to our requirements. Fashioniel.com expects and requires sellers to maintain similar policies to meet our customers’ expectations.
