IMPORTING PRODUCTS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
Fashioniel.com has many products listed based on PRE-ORDER basis which require a longer delivery time of 10-15 Working days approximately. With products from international locations there could be chance of some delays due to unforeseen customs related issues which could delay the process to about a week or two for which we would like our customers to have an idea of beforehand. However, we try our best and in most cases are well before our time. If any delays do happen, you will be updated well in advance so you can plan out accordingly. However cancellations/exchanges/refunds will not be accepted for imported products once your order is proceeded.
SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Fashioniel.com offers a wide range of Apparel, Footwear and Accessories you can choose from, for international delivery. All international orders will be proceeded once we get the full payment. We can cancel any order if the product is out of stock (subject to availability) or there is any doubt of any fraudulent activity, you must provide the details when asked to confirm your order.
Recipient should always provide the complete and valid details like Full Name, Complete Address, Valid Mobile Number and E-mail to avoid any hassles during delivery process. Recipient will be notified with their order status using provided details. All orders will be processed after the confirmation of details.
Cash on delivery is not available for orders outside Pakistan territories. All international orders are Pre-Paid and recipient pays in advance using one of our available methods. No returns, exchange or refunds are accepted for International orders.
Recipient is liable to pay the delivery charges, all the customs, duties and taxes regulated in the respective country where the order will be delivered. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations that he/she is importing products to. Any additional charges are paid by the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our general delivery estimates.
