Delivery & Returns
We highly recommend checking your products at the time of delivery. In case your product is damaged, not the same you ordered you may return the product at the time of delivery to the courier who has delivered the product to you. You can call us at 0321-4668654 to let us know if you would like to return the product right when you have checked the product in front of the courier.

Returns will be accepted only for damaged/defective/wrong products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you want to return any package the user will be responsible for paying the delivery charges. In case of refunds only the product price would be refunded.

Returns against the damaged/defective product will be accepted for In-Transit damages only if notified within 24 hours of delivery.

It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods- in-transit.

All products that are on sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product by Company, provided goods are received in acceptable condition. The mode of refund will be based on the mode of payment chosen at the time of placing the order.

Unforeseen Stock Shortage
We aim to provide the quickest delivery possible for the satisfaction of our customers. In case any product you ordered in not in stock we will inform the customers about the product unavailability. Once confirmed we will dispatch the other products except the one’s not in stock. You can reorder it anytime when it’s in stock again.
